how to tell if pip assessment went well

I know a lot of people have been denied PIP, when they might have deserved it..but it is irresponsible to advise somebody to pretend their condition is worse than it is,..especially in the present climate. I gor high rate mobility and high rate care on the old scheme and my condition is worse now. I think the wait for the assessment to come through was more stressful than the actual call itself.
